More About Challenge Ladders

We strive, at Racquetball Challenge to be the best challenge ladder software in the industry. In less than a minute you can setup a new challenge ladder for your club, city, or state.

Once setup, other racquetball players can find and join the ladder. Players will be initially put into a "pending" status until they are approved by the ladder administrator. The challenge ladder administrator will receive an email requesting approval. There is an embedded link right in the email for the administrator to approve or deny the request.

If you created the challenge ladder, you will be the administrator. You can select other ladder participants to be administrators if you would like. Administrators can change players rank, change players participation points, delete players, and much more.

View/Sort/Print Challenge Ladders

You can sort the challenge ladders by any of the column headings (Rank, Participation, First Name, Last Name, or Status). The names are hyperlinked to the ladder member's profile. This provides quick access to more information about your opponent. You can email a player immediately from their profile.

Submit Racquetball Matches Online

Any active ladder member can submit a match. Just select a winner and a loser from the drop downs, select the date, select the scores, then click submit. If you make a mistake submitting, don't worry, you'll be able to delete the match from the "Recent Matches" tab.

Recent Racquetball Matches

The ladder administrator, and either of the match participants can delete a match from the recent matches screen. This will also subtract any "participation" points that were earned on the match.

Email Comments to Other Ladder Members

This is a great place to contact everyone on the ladder in one email. You will no longer have to continuously update your address book to get in touch with all of your participating racquetball buddies. Just come to this screen, and it is always up to date. Some members will have quit, other new members will have joined. They are all here! Just waiting on you to email them requesting a group to play for Saturday morning. This will also be a good place to announce you have a racquet for sale, to let everyone know about an upcoming tournament, or maybe to even talk a little smack! Keep it clean! :)

We've also tried to make the emails into tools themselves. Here is a sample match results email. The ladder name is clickable, and takes you directly to the ladder that the match was played on. The player names are clickable, and takes you directly to the player's profile. The header graphic is clickable as well as the trailing link, and they will take you to the home page of the site.

Ladder Membership Request Email

Here is a sample ladder membership request email. From here, the administrator can go to the user's profile with one click! They can approve or deny the membership with one click! Or, they can go to the ladder administration page to do other things.
